Sterling Business & Technology Park

Sterling Business Park is a great Northeast location in Sterling Township to start, expand, or relocate your business. It includes 23 parcels of three to 30 acres, covering 252 total acres. The park has been approved for light manufacturing, distribution and professional office space. It is located just off I-84 and just minutes from I-380 and I-81, putting Manhattan, Philadelphia and Hartford in reach in less than three hours. The park boasts reliable, redundant power supply, multiple telecom providers, central sewer and water and interior roads, and uses a conservation design including a walking trail. It is the largest water re-use business park in Pennsylvania

Wayne Pike Workforce Alliance serves as an intermediary to identify, create, and provide educational opportunities that build our workforce and support lifelong learning. WPWA takes a united and holistic approach to delivering services drawing on the strength of shared knowledge and action. We recognize that business, education, government, economic development, employment services and community all have a role in workforce development. WPWA serves as a connecting agent for these essential elements and as a community liaison, developing relationships and increasing awareness.

Stourbridge Project

The Stourbridge Project is a community-based initiative to transform the former Stourbridge Elementary School in Honesdale into a business incubator / accelerator with co-working space. The Stourbridge Project pairs a place to work with coordinated delivery of business development services. Entrepreneurs will connect to experienced mentors, educators, training programs, resources, and our business community. The goal is to create new jobs, increased commerce, investment opportunities, a connection to emerging technologies, and local businesses.
