Township Roads

FebrClinton Township has 66 miles of roads within its boundaries. Refer to the PennDOT Clinton Township Road Map below.

PennDOT maintains 31 miles of state roads. For questions on state roads in Clinton Township, contact PennDOT District 4 (Dunmore) at 570-963-4061.

The remaining 35 miles of roads are maintained by the township. The township road conditions and projects will be updated below by the Township Roadmaster. 

For special updates on township roads, the Roadmaster will also send out a "News Flash." The News Flash will be broadcast on the township's main website, email, and text messages. To subscribe to News Flashes, see below.

Current Road Conditions

  • To report a tree down or limbs on a township owned road, please contact the township office or roadmaster.  If it is on a state road, please contact PennDOT 1-800-FIXROAD.
  • To report a tree down on power lines, please contact PPL 1-800-752-2729
  • To report potholes or washouts, please contact the township office.  
  • February 4, 2026 - Roads will continue to be snow covered throughout the season.  Road crews are doing the best they can, and will continue to maintain the roads throughout the winter season, but we ask that you be patient and if you must travel, go slow and watch for black ice.

NOTE: Road projects may be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions and/or budget constraints.
