Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program

The Wayne Conservation District has been allocated $1.173 million to spend on agricultural best management practices across Wayne County as part of the Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP).

Created through the Clean Streams Fund established by the 2022-2023 State Budget, ACAP provides financial and technical assistance for the implementation of BMPs on agricultural operations within the Commonwealth. ACAP is administered by the State Conservation Commission and delegated to participating conservation districts for local implementation of the program.

The Wayne Conservation District’s ACAP program is currently accepting applications until Friday, May 30, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
