Sheriff Fee Schedule
As of January 1st, 2025, our Service Deposits per case number are being increased to the following:
- Complaints, Summons, Subpoenas, etc. - $300.00
- Complaint in Ejectment & Writ of Possession - $300.00
- Writ of Execution-Personal Property w/Levy - $450.00
- Writ of Execution-Personal Property Garnishment ONLY - $300.00
- Writ of Execution-Real Estate - $2,000.00
- Writ of Execution-Money Judgement - Real Estate - $2,000.00
Any money not used will be refunded back to you with a Return of Service and a Sheriff's Bill listing the breakdown.
