Private Sale
Properties that are not sold at Upset Sale are placed on the Non-Repository Sale List. You have until December 29th, 2025 to place a private bid on a property before they are prepped for Judicial Sale. Call our office to determine the deadlines and minimum bid. These properties are sold subject to liens judgements and mortgages and are subject to transfer tax and recording fees.
