Meetings
The Wayne County Agricultural Land Preservation Board conducts its meetings each month on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7PM in the Park Street Complex Cafeteria, 648 W. Park St. Honesdale, PA as designated by the Chairman of the Board and subject to change.
Special meetings shall be held at the call of the Chairman, or at the request of five members of the Board and shall require 24-hour public notice.
Conduct of Meetings
All Board Meetings shall be open to the public in accordance with the Sunshine Act of July 3, 1986 (P.L. 388, No. 84) and with the Right to Know Law of June 21, 1957 (P.L. 3960, No. 212). Robert's Rules of Order shall apply to all events not otherwise covered by the bylaws.
