Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by President Judge Janine Edwards, in Wayne County Court of Common Pleas on Thursday, Oct. 5/
SHAWN GRIFFITHS, age 21, of Lake Ariel, PA was placed on probation for a period of 24 months on one count of Criminal Mischief- Damage Property (M2).
DANIEL CAMPOS, age 32, of Forest City, PA was placed on probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Unsworn Falsification To Authorities (M2).
BRIAN SANCHEZ-PADILLA, age 31, of Bellefonte, PA was sentenced to 36 months to 72 months incarcerated in the State Correctional Facility on one count of Aggravated Harassment by Prisoner (F3).
GATLIN MARTINO, age 26, of Latrobe, PA was found to be in violation of his parole and was remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for a period of 3 months.
EDGAR SILVA, age 42, of Hawley, PA was placed on probation for a period of 18 months on one count of Simple Assault (M2).
ERIK LYBARGER, age 46, of Bellefonte, PA was sentenced to 36 months nor more than 72 months incarcerated in State Correctional Institution on one count of Aggravated Harassment by Prisoner (F3).
DYALN PRATZNER, age 26, of Wallingford, PA was sentenced to 96 days (time served) to 23 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Resisting Arrest or Other Law Enforcement (M2), one count of Defiant Trespass- Actual Communication to (M3) and one count of Institutional Vandalism (M2).
