  1. Annual Seedling Sale Orders

    The sale features seedlings and transplants of a variety of native trees, shrubs and ornamentals, many of which are favored by wildlife. This year’s offering includes two seed mixes – one to attract and sustain pollinating insects like honeybees and butterflies and the other to provide food and shelter for wildlife like turkey and deer. The mixes are made up of native seeds and can be purchased by the ounce for small areas and by the pound for larger plots. You can buy Red Pine, Norway Spruce, Concolor Fir, Chestnut Oak, Butternut, Chokecherry, Silky Dogwood and Button Bush along with Black Eyed Susans and Purple Cone Flower, as well as blue bird nesting boxes, tree and tree shelters are also available.

  1. Lakeville Area Food Pantry Distribution

    March 28, 2019, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ Paupack Township Municipal Building

    In case of inclement weather, please call 253-4646 two hours before the start of your distribution day for an automated message. For information about how to register with a pantry, you should call 253 - 4262. Please bring large brown paper bags & plastic bags with you each month to recycle. Bring Campbell’s labels to distribute to schools. If you are unable to attend, you may ask someone to pick your food up for you. However, they must have your pantry card and a note/proxy giving them permission to pick up your food.

  2. Shakespeare on Film: "A Midsummer Night's Dream"

    . Dr. Robert Dugan will introduce the play with a brief background and orientation. “The Such Sweet Thunder" series has screened 28 plays over the past three years. "We have tried to present only the most accurate versions, while enthusiastically supporting the rich and varied tradition of interpretation. Fortunately, more and more plays are receiving sophisticated film treatments, and we will continue to research and offer only the best and highest quality versions of the plays.” Says Dr. Robert Dugan, host of the series at The Cooperage Project. After the screening, there will be an opportunity for discussion. Donations will be collected at the door.

  3. Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group

    March 28, 2019, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM @ Wayne Memorial Hospital

    Positive Support in dealing with suicide & loss of a loved one. All individuals 16 years of age & older are welcome. In case of inclement weather support group will not meet. Volunteers and new members are needed to serve on the W/P Suicide Prevention Committee - ALL are welcome!
