This group provide support and resources for the LGBTQ Community with an eight-week curriculum for adults, age 18 and older.
Sessions focus on identifying and discussing coping skills; building a community of trust and connectedness; sharing strength, hope and experiences; family involvement and support; peer support; and community resources.
The group is facilitated by Samantha Burkhardt, LPC, and Kirsten Havira, LPC.

The Dining With Diabetes program helps people with type 2 diabetes identify and understand important information about managing and preventing this disease. It is designed for adults with diabetes and their families to increase knowledge of healthy food choices and diabetes management. The classes offer healthy meal planning, food demonstrations, class discussions, and new physical activity choices. Consecutive classes are held with a three-month follow-up. Each class offers food demonstrations and tasting, physical activity and ideas to take home, and discussions regarding important information to help you manage your diabetes.
