Sessions will focus on the many psychological benefits of music, healing through music and using music to cope with stress and overwhelming emotions. Participants will create and express themselves in music and dance, finding strength and purpose, and building connections. Open to patients age 18 and older.

Bring Campbell’s labels to distribute to schools. If you are unable to attend, you may ask someone to pick your food up for you. However, they must have your pantry card and a note/proxy giving them permission to pick up your food
