This conference will highlight how a nonprofit behavioral health managed care organization has supported the goals and initiatives of Pennsylvania, specifically making behavioral health care more accessible and effective for Medicaid enrollees. The conference will discuss advancements and collaborations by regional Centers of Excellence and Warm Hand-Off initiatives. An overview of current projects and strategies like looking at peer-focused services and value-based purchasing.
This conference is intended for individuals in recovery, their families, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, certified peer and recovery specialists, and others interested in behavioral health services. The conference is free of charge for Community Care members and their families.

This celebration is family friendly for all ages. There will be local speakers, fun & games, free food and drink along with Light of Hope.
