Kid's Lunch Party is a completely free summer lunch program provided in partnership with the Wayne Highlands School District. There is no need to sign up, and there are no income requirements. . There will be fun activities like arts & crafts, music, dancing, story time and more! No lunch July 4. This summer, a local food item purchased from the Lackawaxen Food Hub will also be highlighted each week.

Please bring large brown paper bags & plastic bags with you each month to recycle. Bring Campbell’s labels to distribute to schools. If you are unable to attend, you may ask someone to pick your food up for you. However, they must have your pantry card and a note/proxy giving them permission to pick up your food. The Cooperage kicks off an enthralling new series "Uncovering the Past: A Lecture Series Featuring Wayne County's History." Partnering with the Wayne County Historical Society, the lecture series will cover various topics involving the local history. The first lecture topic will be "The Poor Farm" presented by Dorothy Kieff.

Instructor Lisa Glover is a designer with a background in Engineering, Architecture and Fine Art. She has run 3 successful Kickstarter campaigns, created STEAM curricula for several summer camps, and is now helping millions of kids become makers through her work at Highlights for Children. Her passion is merging technology with craft to design creations that inspire kids of all ages.
