How to prepare for your quit day. ? Coping strategies for managing stress & avoiding weight gain. ? How to stay smokefree for good.

  4. Lakewood Area Food Pantry Distribution

    Please bring large brown paper bags & plastic bags with you each month to recycle. Bring Campbell’s labels to distribute to schools. If you are unable to attend, you may ask someone to pick your food up for you. However, they must have your pantry card and a note/proxy giving them permission to pick up your food.   5. Acoustic Bluegrass Jam at The Cooperage

    The monthly Acoustic Bluegrass Jam, led by Ron Penska, welcomes all levels of players and instruments. If you don't feel like being in the spotlight you can lay low and pick along all while learning a thing or two from others in attendance. This entirely acoustic jam is a great opportunity for new players to learn how to interact musically with others. Not musically inclined but love the genre, then sit back and enjoy the melodies provided by amazing musicians right here in our community.
