    Please bring large brown paper bags & plastic bags with you each month to recycle. Bring Campbell’s labels to distribute to schools. If you are unable to attend, you may ask someone to pick your food up for you. However, they must have your pantry card and a note/proxy giving them permission to pick up your food.   4. National Library Week Tours

    April 10, 2018, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Wayne County Public Library

    The Wayne County Public Library building was constructed in 1869. The tour will discuss the historic aspects of the building and participants can see the most unusual basement that makes it possible for the library to be at this location. Cookies and punch will be served. ALA (American Library Associations) is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. This organization promotes and supports libraries across the country celebrating the contributions of our nation’s libraries and librarians and to promote library use and support. The theme for this year is “Libraries Lead”.

    Join authors Gilda Runco and Melody Balthaser as they talk about their books. Runco's "Legacy of the Purpose Stone" explores how a real-life tragedy led others towards a path for discovering their special purpose. Balthaser's "Seeking Sophie" is a work of inspirational fiction set in 1858 New England. ALA (American Library Associations) is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year.
