This year the offering includes two seed mixes – one to attract and sustain pollinating insects like honey bees and butterflies and the other to provide food and shelter for wildlife like turkey and deer.

Wayne Memorial Hospital hosts an information program on Project SEARCH, which serves young people with significant intellectual and developmental disabilities in a unique transition-to-work program. the program provides real-life work experience combined with training in employability and independent-living skills to help young people with significant disabilities make successful transitions to productive adult life. The event will include an introduction to the program, a discussion of potential internship opportunities and a family perspective along with a question and answer center.
