  1. ServSafe® Food Safety Program

    December 7, 2018, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM @ Pike County Training Center

    The ServSafe course conducted by Penn State Extension is for individuals preparing for the exam. After attending the classes and passing the proctored, multiple-choice exam with a score of 75% or better, participants will receive ServSafe certification, which meeting the PA Department of Agriculture food safety course, valid for five years.

    Hawley Winterfest is annual winter celebration in which this Victorian-era town turns up the holiday charm with events and activities for all ages and interests throughout the weekend. From the Historic House Tour of Dorflinger-related homes to a free children's play at the Ritz Theater, you can ride the rails or a horse-drawn wagon or hop on the Saturday shuttle bus for shopping. Listen to the music of the season, visit a Living Nativity or buy handmade cookies by the pound.
